The Housing Industry Association (HIA) in conjunction with Stratco are looking for motivated individuals who want to gain the skills and knowledge to apply for a New South Wales Trade licence in "Erection of prefabricated metal-framed home additions and structures".

If you are looking for a start in the construction industry this could be right for you. 

You will get the opportunity to work alongside professional tradespeople and you will learn all aspects of the patio industry.  You will also receive dedicated support from Stratco in all aspects of your training and employment.

If selected, you will commence a 12-14 month Cadetship where you will complete the required Units of Competency to obtain the Erection of prefabricated metal-framed home additions and structures licence in NSW.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

1. Have a great attitude towards work, self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
2. Be punctual, reliable and hardworking
3. Be committed to finishing their cadetship
4. Working outdoors on various construction types
5. Be a team player
6. Have an attention to detail
7. Must have a driver’s license and reliable transport
8. Be prepared to work with host trainers in the Stratco Dealer network.
