You accumulate points at the same rate as you would in one of our stores.
For every $1 spent you accumulate 1 point.
Occasionally we may choose to implement a promotion where Super Savers will earn double or even triple points for every dollar spent. At Stratco’s discretion, the maximum total value of vouchers in any one transaction may also be increased for a defined period of time.

E-commerce Products
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout before you complete your order.
Custom Made Products
A member of our sales team will confirm the delivery charge with you prior to delivery.
Yes, you will be emailed a receipt of your order once payment has been approved.
You can return your order if the product you purchased:
- Is faulty or defective (and the issue wasn’t caused by misuse or installation),
- Does not match the description or sample provided, or
- Does not perform as described or as reasonably expected. Some of our products are custom made. For these items, please double check measurements, profiles and colours before placing your order.
For products that are not custom made, you can:
- return the item to your local Stratco store, or
- request a courier pickup (a fee applies for change of mind returns).
To arrange a courier pickup, call 1300 165 165 during trading hours or use our online contact form.
You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 165 165 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST) to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
In the top red bar, on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Super Saver & Garden Club' link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'.
Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.
You can now begin shopping online, and accumulating points and vouchers.
Please allow at least two weeks for your card to arrive in the post.
When your card arrives, you can use this in-store. Or you can quote your Super Saver number at the checkout while waiting for your card to arrive.
