Yes, if the order is for non-Stratco manufactured product you can return it at your local Stratco store.

Non-Stratco manufactured product can be returned at your local Stratco store or we can arrange a courier to pick up the order, at your expense. To arrange the pick up of your order you can email or call 1300 699 185 between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturday or 9am to 5pm Sunday and public holidays (CST).

Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.

The courier fee for returning non-Stratco manufactured product will be equal to the delivery charge that is shown on the order invoice.

If you decide to return your order you will be charged the courier fee. Stratco will cover the courier fee if your goods are faulty or incorrect.
